KI2 added a test to verify that the attached hard drive was an original Seagate ST9420AG hard drive. If you are not using an original drive, you will need to use the KI2 Dedicated “Any-IDE” ROM. This ROM supports IDE hard drives, CompactFlash (CF), and Secure Digital (SD) replacements (provided you have the corresponding 44-pin IDE adapter).
